Hiking with a Newborn? What you don't want to forget.

Updated: Mar 15, 2023

Use this checklist for your next hike with a newborn. I always forget things and this list makes it so much easier when hitting the trail with a baby. Try to pack the night before so that you can have more energy in the morning after probably not sleeping through the night.

Nash was a month old here and slept the entire hike. We hiked around one of my absolute favourite places to explore, Golden Ears Provincial Park. My Grandma always told me that Golden Ears held her favourite mountain range.
